How can I change my links pages to look more like my website?

by Bogdan Chirilla

Included in the installation files located in the "Welcome Email" you received upon purchase, you'll see a file called "template.htm". Open the file using your preferred html editor. Once the file is open, you will notice the only text on the page is: #TABLE#
This is how LinkMetro knows where to add your categories etc. when your link directory is created. In order to make your link directory look more like the rest of your website, you need to simply type the text: #TABLE#
into one of your webpages using your standard website template. Save the file as "template.htm" and upload the file to the following location on your server: public_html/links/
This will overwrite the default template file. Lastly, log into your LinkMetro account. Click "Monitor Link Exchanges". Click the "manage links pages" button. Click "Administer Categories". Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click "recreate links pages". That's it!
